Refund Policy

• Returns & Exchanges:
  • We accept unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
  • Please mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customers need to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded (usually Rs. 250).
• Refunds:
  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer.
  • Requests are typically processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.
• Replacements:
  • Replacement deliveries are charged at approximately Rs. 350 to cover courier charges for the two-way delivery.
  • Customers should pack the item in its original packaging or as close to it as possible.
  • Our rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the new one.
• In rare cases, we may refund the product cost based on provided tracking information without waiting for the physical return.
